With an exemption notice dated 18. 08. 2021 the tax office Frankfurt am Main III, St. -No. 45 255 26 705, held that the corporation under §5 para. 1 No. 9 KStG is exemt from corporation tax and pursuant to Section 3 No. 6 of the GewStG from trade tax.
